Brooklyn born and bred, I am a consultant and facilitator who has been working to build racial, economic and gender justice movements – and to create and support arts and culture in New York City and around North America for over 15 years.

Through my consulting practice, I help small and mid-sized organizations and individual artists to build their systems and resources, and to think strategically about their fundraising and outreach so that together we can maximize the impact of their work.

Grounded by my belief that a good sense of balance and healthy practices contribute to strong and sustainable organizations and movements, I am a member of the Park Slope Food Co-op, Congregation Kolot Chayeinu, and Jews for Racial and Economic Justice. I also participate in a Jewish ethical practice called Mussar, and value spending time with my family – blood and chosen – and building community that blends the personal and political.
